In the quiet stillness of the Minnesota woods, where sunlight dances between branches and the earth hums beneath your feet, Wisdom of the Trees – The “I AM” Series was born. But this oracle deck is more than a creative project – it’s a legacy. A prayer. A lifeline pulled from the soil after six years and 283 court hearings that shook one mother to her core.
“I found myself at a breaking point,” recalls Tisha Marie Cain. “I had to make a choice: keep fighting in court for my children and risk losing myself – or let go, and begin the healing.”
And so, on a blazing July day in 2021, she laid out a blanket on the forest floor, sat cross-legged in the hush of the trees, and began to listen.

A Healing Vision Grown from Heartbreak
What began as a moment of surrender soon became a sacred daily ritual. For nine days, Tisha returned to the same spot beneath the trees, seeking wisdom and stillness. And on the ninth day, clarity arrived – not as a lightning bolt, but a whisper.
“I realized the remedy was never in the courtroom. It was within,” she says. “The trees were teaching me to be still, to be patient, and to trust that even in loss, beauty could bloom.”
In tribute to the quiet strength and guidance of those woods, Tisha committed to a 100-day creative challenge: drawing a tree each night as a way of reconnecting with herself, her children, and the ancestral lineage she hoped to heal.
Each tree became a meditation. A prayer. A symbol of resilience, beauty, and grace.
An Oracle Deck for the Soul
From those 100 drawings emerged Wisdom of the Trees – an oracle card deck infused with spirit and intention. Every image holds a piece of Tisha’s journey: the ache of loss, the fierce love of a mother, and the quiet knowing that life, like nature, is always moving toward healing.
“I poured my spirit into each drawing,” she says. “This wasn’t just for me – it was for my children, their children, and seven generations to come.”
With her husband Greg by her side each evening, the deck slowly took shape. Designed to be both grounding and uplifting, the cards are meditative companions for anyone seeking clarity, strength, or simply a moment of peace.
A Daily Practice of Devotion
Tisha used her own artistry, colored and detailed by hand, to create each card. It was more than a design process – it was a devotion.
“I wanted to see if I could be more committed than I’ve ever been,” she shares. “And what I discovered was so much more than art. It was self-revelation. It was elevation.”
Her motto, “Produce first – Judge later,” reminds creatives to trust the process before doubting its worth. And her advice for new deck creators is simple but powerful: Just start.
A Future Rooted in Creativity
With Wisdom of the Trees complete, Tisha is already dreaming into her next chapter: painting 100 birds to accompany the 100 trees – each one a celebration of freedom, flight, and song.
As for the cards themselves, they’re proudly made in the U.S. through us here at Shuffled Ink, a decision rooted in both quality and values. “It mattered to me that this was American made,” she says. “The quality was incredible.”
Her deck is available now at www.tishamariecain.com, and orders typically ship within a week.
Though the cards offer beauty, wisdom, and healing to all who hold them, Tisha’s deepest hope remains personal:
“That all four of my children return home at the same time – and that we eat supper together.”
With that prayer tucked gently between the branches of every card, Wisdom of the Trees becomes more than a deck – it becomes a living wish, passed hand to hand, rooted in love.
